Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule
• Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
• ‘NO SHOWS’ will be charged 100% of service amount
As a courtesy, we do email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please make sure your email address is correct. Understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call/text/message us to double check any appointments if you’re unsure.
We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. However, your tardiness can delay us for clients who come in on time. You will generally be allowed a 5 minute grace period. If you going to be excessively late please keep in mind that your appointment may need to be rescheduled and in that
Returns, Refunds & Valuables:
No refunds on services rendered or opened products. Refunds for unopened products must be made within 14 days of purchase date no exceptions.
In the case of possible allergy to any product or treatment, you must come in to be checked in person and provide picture documentation within 48 hours.
We are not responsible for your valuables, please leave them at home.
We will not perform ANY kind of bikini waxing on ANYONE under 18 regardless of parental consent.
Anyone under 18 must have a parent with them IN THE ROOM at all times during ANY service.
Children under 13 must have an adult with them in the waiting room at all times.
Children under 8 are permitted in the spa on a case by case basis, must have prior approval. There are quiet services going on so please keep that in mind.
